Counselling Therapy is a place to explore your options in a safe and contained environment.

So what is counselling?

Counselling is a type of talking therapy that allows you to talk about your problems and feelings in a confidential and dependable environment. A counsellor is trained to listen with empathy (by putting themselves in your shoes). They can help you deal with any negative thoughts and feelings you have.

Why Counselling?

Counselling is an effective way of dealing with personal problems as well as maintaining personal well-being. These could include family or relationship issues, bereavement or loss, sexual difficulties, or stress at home or at work.

Personal counselling gives you a chance to explore your issues confidentially, starting from where you are in your life.

A skilled counsellor can help clarify the paths you are choosing, the conflicts that are holding you back and the strengths you can develop and build on to make things better.
